Selected Professional History
·
Design and Built Large Masjid, UAE

Seven Petrol Filling Stations, UAE
Responsible for construction of seven Petrol Filling Stations in UAE and ensure permit certificates of compliance are approved for each petrol station. This requires planning, review technical submittals, implement designs and issue the final approval. Assist with projects for both public and private clients, including local authorities or manufacturing factories.
General Hospitals in Iraq
The project covers three teaching general hospitals, each of 200 beds capacity in west Iraq (Heet, Haditha and Qaiem). The work has included review the designs, prepare the baseline execution schedule and detailed plans for the three projects. Manage, guide and direct project managers, technical staff and site engineers on daily bases. The ground conditions of those projects were challenging such as the presence of tar springs within the footprint of Heet’s hospital and high ground water in Qaiem which required a site-specific improvement system designed considering expected loads and limited tolerance of the total and differential settlements.
Towers Complex, UAE
The project composed of two towers of 52 floors, each one has three basements, seven podiums and 42 additional floors. Local authority requests that the design should include the earthquake requirements and this was achieved by introducing 120 deep piles under each tower footprints due to its irregular shapes and heights. Once the piles were installed, there was a change in design that require lowering cutoff levels of the pile. The pile head treatments carried out in many stages and required rigorous techniques in order to avoid damaging the pile heads, protect pile reinforcement and end up with structurally waterproofed sound and uniform pile head.
